Laura, director and Osteopath, graduated from Victoria University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science and a Masters of Health Science in Osteopathy.
She brings a holistic approach to her practice and believes that true health and wellness are achieved by addressing both the symptoms and underlying causes of discomfort or pain.
With years of experience treating patients of all ages, Laura tailors her treatments to meet each individual's needs, drawing on a range of osteopathic techniques, rehabilitation exercises and patient education. Her goal is to develop effective, personalised management plans that empower her patients to take control of their health and well-being.
Beyond her professional qualifications, Laura has a rich background in dance, swimming and netball and takes a keen interest in gym-based health and fitness. Her athletic experience gives her a unique insight into the body's biomechanics, enabling her to understand the specific challenges faced by both athletes and active individuals.
Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or looking to improve your overall mobility, Laura is committed to helping you achieve your best possible health.
Laura has also undertaken further studies in dry needling and pilates and uses it to complement her other Osteopathic techniques.
She is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
Natalie graduated from RMIT with a Bachelor of Health Science and a Bachelor of applied science (Osteopathy). Her passion for healthcare, happiness and wellbeing has guided her patient centred approach to her osteopathy practise.
Through years of personal experience in the health scope, Natalie places particular emphasis on helping others get the most out of their bodies. She takes a holistic approach to her treatments and uses the principles of body unity to develop appropriate management plans for her patients.
While Natalie enjoys treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions, she has a particular interest in treating headaches, migraines, jaw and postural pain, as well as low back pain.
Natalie has also undertaken further studies in dry needling and cupping and uses these in conjunction with her osteopathic techniques.
Stephanie has been working as a Remedial Massage Therapist since 2017 and further went on to complete Myotherapy in 2022.
Steph has worked in private practice, spas and has experience working alongside elite athletes. She is currently working alongside Melbourne Storm and other sporting clubs.
Steph currently competes in high level soccer and has personally experienced the benefit that regular massage has on her ability to perform on the field. Her love of sport has driven her passion for health and fitness and she aims to help each of her clients feel their best.
Steph uses a combination of massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, cupping, dry needling and other techniques.
Outside of work, Steph enjoys travelling, spending time with friends and family, going to the gym and playing soccer
